Crystal Creek Animal Hospital

"I had an excellent experience at Crystal Creek Animal Hospital. From the moment I arrived, the staff was very friendly and professional. I especially want to thank Alexa for her attention, patience, and for making the entire process much more comfortable and stress-free. I also want to thank Dr. Brown, who took the time to carefully examine my puppy and explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured. As a first-time puppy owner, I had many questions, and I truly appreciated how honest and professional everyone was. I want to thank Alexa once again because she was the one who helped me the most with my puppy Max and made the whole experience much easier and more positive. The clinic was clean, organized, and the care they showed toward my pet was outstanding. They truly made me feel like Max was in good hands. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a trustworthy veterinary clinic with staff who genuinely care about animals."

"Our almost 16 years old dog got very sick at the end of April. His previous vet sent him to Maitland to an animal hospital where he stayed for almost three days. Our bill once he was sent home was over $6,000. He was diagnosed with kidneys and liver failure. Little we know that Crystal Creek Animal Hospital that is 5 minutes from our home versus an hour away. We were lucky they are giving him his fluids for lot less than what we were paying before. Not only that, but office visits also less. We could have saved thousands of dollars if we would have known about them sooner. They have animal boarding, grooming, home services and you can order prescriptions through Chewy that makes it easier when there’s an ongoing illness with your baby. The best part of that is the friendly, caring and accommodating staff they have! The vet Dr V, didn’t hesitate answering our questions and concerns. He and his staff definitely won me over and I’m thankful to have them on Ruffles’s medical team! ❤️"
