"I have taken all my exotics here for a little over a year now. My chinchilla Alex and both my guinea pigs Sir Elliot and D. Abyss. They have always been taking great care of my babies. About 2months ago my guinea pig have stones removed from the ureters (complex surgery not many vets can do or feel comfortable doing) by Dr. Diaz, my baby D. Abyss made it through surgery and recovered very well after. Unfortunately, due to bad genetics and breeding practices, he had reoccurring stones being passed at a fast rate and despite our efforts in trying to prevent it from reoccurring. I had to say good bye to my big personality and funny piggy to prevent him from the continued suffering he was enduring. I appreciate everything this clinic has done for my babies and how responsive they are in their care! Thank you Dr. Diaz and your team for all that you guys do!"

"Reception staff is always very kind both in-person and over the phone. Their vets are fantastic! I really like Dr. Santiago Diaz in particular. He was so good with my babies! I’ve had two rats go through tumor removal surgery and they did a really good job sewing them back up to minimize any issues they could arise from the scars. They also provided detailed instructions for post-surgery care, which was very helpful. They’re also very transparent about their pricing and provide a detailed itemized list of all charges. Absolutely excellent establishment that I will continue to use for as long as I live in central FL and own unorthodox pets!"
