"The most difficult time of a pet owner is the time when you have to say goodbye. Moments like that you need clear, straight answers, compassion and guidance, All of which we got from Dr. Jane Waine, techs and staff @ South Orlando Animal Hospital and we are thankful and grateful to them all, today we are still in shock and still crying for our "Luna" but we are also extremely grateful to have known and loved her, she was the best friend to our entire family and she loved us all equally. She came home sleeping and she was laid to rest next to her mom and aunt. Not many pets can say they were born, lived and said goodbye in there original house but, she did. she loved carrots most of all but all fruits were her best friend. We will miss her dearly. Thank you again to SOAH for being there in our time of need."

We've had many dogs and now cats that we have taken to them and they are caring and knowledgable about what our pets need. We so appreciate the care and concern they have for our fur babies. "Dr. Horton was absolutely amazing. I had previously taken my fur baby, Maple, to another vet, and I never even got to see the doctor perform the exam in front of me. I honestly never questioned it at the time. But when I brought Maple here because she was having issues with her eye, Dr. Horton did everything right in front of me and treated her with so much kindness and care. It honestly made me emotional. You can truly see how much she loves her job and how much she cares about animals. They were also very upfront about their pricing. I called 11 different vets, and none of them were willing to tell me the price over the phone, but this clinic did. They were honest, transparent, and incredibly kind. I would 10/10 recommend this clinic. I even told my brother to bring his dog here too. Thank you for being so kind and for showing how much you genuinely care. 🤍"
