Ritz Carlton Spa

"Top tier experience and the staff is PHENOMENAL! I recently attended the pool party and spa event at The Ritz-Carlton to celebrate both my mom's and my cousin's birthdays. I especially want to recognize Joanna Cardona, , and Mariana Metz . They treated us with such warmth and professionalism and went above and beyond to ensure my mom and cousin were able to receive their birthday massages. I want to acknowledge Tony Angel the leadership it takes to build a team that responds to guests with such compassion, professionalism, and a true commitment to service.Their thoughtfulness and commitment to excellent guest service did not go unnoticed.Thank you to everyone who helped make my mom's and cousin's birthday celebration so special."

"Aisha! Aisha! Over and over I could say her name as the best! Never have I ever had an experience so great! I’ve visited the Ritz Carlton Spa many times before as this space is my favorite Day Spa. Aisha made the experience memorable. I visited with my daughter for her first time and this was by far the best! Every time Aisha gives me a massage I leave stress free and happy. She’s a wonderful human and a sweet soul. I can’t wait to come back!"

"The spa at the Ritz orlando is always AMAZING. The ladies at the front at just incredibly helpful and thoughtful. When I get a passage I always ask for Tracy. I don’t think I could ever go with anyone else."
