"It was my first time at the salon and what a wonderful experience I had. I wanted to do a big chop and ended up donating 16” to Wigs for Kids. I was nervous and unsure of what cut would look best. Francesca was double booked but figured out how to professionally work with two clients at the same time for a little while. I ended up getting a beautiful cut from Demi. Francesca was kind enough to go above and beyond to help prep my ponytails for donation after my appointment. Together Francesca and Demi were able to perform a miracle ending with a beautiful cut. I enjoyed working with both of them and felt extra pampered. They took time to educate me on how to style my hair and different scalp treatments and even gave me sample shampoo/conditioner for my hair type. I am very thankful, happy with my new style and looking forward to my next visit with them."
