"I do not usually do reviews but this time I am going to do an exception. I need to recognize a special person, which I knew for the first time this year, a couple of months ago. That excepcional person which did an exceptional work being my advocate and accomplishing what others couldn’t, is Joshua Barnes- Specialty Pharmacy Liaison- AdventHealth Outpatient Pharmacy in Orlando. He is a God sent angel to intervene as an advocate on the resolution for the copay coverage for my special medication. I was at that moment more than a month without my dose due to issues with the pharmacy of my insurance. They wanted me to pay thousands of dollars, then they wanted me to pay monthly $400. I kept denying to pay that amount. Who can afford it? Because I cannot. My health had began to deteriorate and I could feel it How I was starting to go down the hill feeling sick, all my joints hurting, couldn’t walk without pain, use my hurting hands and fingers, not able to sleep well due to the pain and skin rashes had a bloomed like the flowers of a cherry blossom tree! But Josh… but you Josh showed, and everything was resolved in a blink of an eye! And I appreciate his wonderful and compassionate demeanor, emphatic attitude and as I said before, exceptional customer service skills. I felt heard, understood and taken cared of. A little at peace because I was going to have what I needed for my wellbeing. I know that my words annoy express my gratitude because I cannot find many. An infinite thank you, a big hug and my prayers for you before God for a multiplied retribution on blessings and prosperity. Thanks Josh. I wish that on every place, someone in similar circumstances can find a human being like you! Bravo!"
