"The Drake Kitchen + Bar I stopped in for lunch and was genuinely blown away by the bold, vibrant flavors coming out of this kitchen! Everything tasted fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and packed with flavor. We went the tapas route and shared the Power Summer Salad with salmon. The goat cheese croquettes had a fantastic, robust flavor, and the potatoes were delicious. The octopus was very tasty, but the standout of the meal was the cheesy corn and crab dip — absolutely addictive. The salad was bright and refreshing, and the salmon was cooked perfectly. We finished with the hazelnut and dark chocolate mousse, which was the ideal sweet ending. Located in downtown Orlando, The Drake is a gem. It’s easy to see why it gets busy on weekends and for Sunday brunch. We visited on a slow Monday afternoon, but the quality and service made it completely worth it regardless of the time. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and excellent food — highly recommend checking it out!"

"Fun, contemporary, sophisticated place to celebrate friends birthday. We were treated so kindly by everyone that worked there. Our server recommended our dish and that was a hit!!! The Lobster pot pie was absolutely fantastic and one of a kind. Everything tasted freshly made to order-love it! We’ll be back, especially for the dessert-yayayay!"

"Hidden gem in downtown Orlando - happy to support small local businesses! Eric waited on us and was lovely; the ambience is casual but sophisticated and the food and drinks are obviously made with great care and fresh ingredients. Try the house made sauces! Bonus that everything arrived quickly and customized as specified. I had the salmon and quinoa salad and my husband the burger. Will return for brunch and an R+D night soon! Parking is also convenient in the garage and there was street parking on a Friday night."
