"Not a bad spot. Stayed here when coming to Orlando for a conference. There were 2 other conferences going on as well, so it was very difficult to check in. We waited in line for about 1 hour, but after that, it was smooth sailing. The concierge team (Keith, Alvroy and Jacob) helped us get our luggage to our room, extremely polite, had wonderful customer service and really cheered us up after the long checkin process. The studio villa is spacious, and cooled off nicely. I was surprised to see I was able to wash my clothes in my room with the washer/dryer. We ordered Pizza from the hotel restaurant and it was very good. Arrived hot and fresh and the delivery man was also very pleasant to talk to. All in all, I enjoyed the stay."
"The room is nice, the property is great, it would be nice if there were more stores and restaurants in the area for people who flew in and don’t have a car. Brian, a customer service agent who drove us in a golf cart around the property, was very nice, warm, genuine, smiling, inquisitive-Great customer service! There are plenty of fun events, entertainment, things to do here. Food was good. There’s a shuttle to universal but you have to order it 24 hours in advance and there’s only 4 in the morning none in the afternoon- that amenity has room for improvement. Would stay again."
"My wife and I booked through Expedia and had actually came to love our stay. Check in was seamless. The room was great and a reasonable price. The shower is probably the nicest hotel shower i ever used. We did sit through a timeshare presentation, although we declined, the presentation was very straightforward. The water park was nice, definitely more geared for kids. Overall great stay and its in a very convenient position. We plan on returning."
