Hyatt Place across from Universal Orlando Resort™

"I had a wonderful stay, and Taniefa and was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming throughout my visit. Even after I checked out, she went above and beyond to help me recover and arrange the delivery of a package I had lost. She truly made my stay exceptional, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received."

"This Hyatt is exceptional! The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the staff are always welcoming and friendly. A special shoutout to Ms. Dawneth and her team for consistently providing excellent service and making every stay a great experience. We always enjoy coming back!"

"I had a great experience during my stay thanks to Dawneth. When I arrived, there was an issue with my reservation because the company that booked my stay had not paid for the room as expected. Despite the inconvenience, she remained professional, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to investigate the issue, kept me informed, and worked diligently to find a solution. Her positive attitude and outstanding customer service turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a smooth and pleasant experience. Thank you for going above and beyond to help me. Employees like you make all the difference, and I truly appreciate your dedication to excellent customer service."
