Live entertainment venue & movie theater. Theater, concert hall & cinema presenting Broadway shows, symphonies, ballet & Hollywood films.
"Bob Carr Theater is one of the foundational stages in Orlando's performing arts history. Long before many of the city's newer venues arrived, Bob Carr welcomed symphony performances, Broadway productions, concerts, film screenings, and countless cultural events that helped shape Central Florida's artistic identity. Its legacy continues to remind us how important dedicated performance spaces are to a thriving creative community. As musicians, we know every great arts scene is built over decades by venues that give performers a place to share their craft. Bob Carr Theater has played an important role in that story, inspiring generations of artists and audiences while helping lay the foundation for the vibrant music and arts culture Orlando enjoys today. 🍄"
"We were last here maybe a year ago to watch another musician and we loved their bar set up. It looks like DRP had changed their setup to match their main facility so less cocktail choices and sub par wine, but i love this facility. The crowds are bearable and if you come early you will have no problem accessing anything. Easy to get out of the parking lots and there are more choice than the ones we had last time. Do not be afraid to see a show here."
"Theater was clean but the seats could use some refurbishment. They were packed in and it was very warm. We sat in left ochastra, row w, seat 22/21 (which is right next to the sound and light to control table. Not necessarily bad since my boyfriend had space next to him instead of another person.)"
