"This offsite hotel was far cheaper than conference hotel. However, an Uber trip one way would take 20-30 minutes from booking to drop off and cost 20-30 dollars. The hotel and rooms are great. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I’d still considering staying here again due to room price and quality. Anna was very polite during check out."

I had a last-minute situation come up and needed a later checkout, and they didn’t hesitate to help me even though I barely gave them any notice. It took a huge weight off my shoulders, and I’m really grateful for how understanding and accommodating they were. What stood out even more is that they treated me as more than just a guest. We ended up having a small side conversation, and they were so quick to offer recommendations, helpful tips, and just genuine kindness.
