"I've been to a lot of gyms, and this is one of my favorites as my regular gym. It's got great equipment like a hip thrust machine, variety of smiths machines, squat tracks w bumper plates, hex bars and deadlift platform, an area for training with sled, battle ropes, punching bag, kettle bells, etc. My favorite thing is people come in to work out... not have a video/photo session. People are polite and typically wipe down equipment and rack weights. The staff is so friendly too."
