"This review is for the FOREVER FIT class instructed by Johnny Puebla. This class is my lifeline. It is a fantastic class, especially for seniors who are trying to keep themselves healthy and safe. The instructor is full of knowledge of all forms of exercise and how the body works and makes the best use of the moves to work out the body and keep you from getting hurt. He is careful to make sure that we follow the directions correctly, gently reminding us of the correct moves and is constantly changing things around so we are not doing the same boring routine. There are 2 sessions of this class each week, and I don't want to miss any of them. A number of the students in the class are also seniors. There are lots of classes at the gym to choose from, but nothing really geared to seniors. This is perfect for anyone that has had surgeries and back issues and other health and joint problems. Wish more people were aware of this class and could join in for the benefits they would receive. I started taking this class after knee replacement surgery and having balance issues. After 3 months of physical therapy for my knee, II was still having issues and this class helped me get beyond most of them. After just a few weeks, I could go up and down stairs like normal again, something I couldn't even do before the surgery. The health benefits of this class are so worth making time for this class. The instructor also teaches a Water Fit class a few times a week, with the same dedication to our well being. I hope this review makes everyone sign up for this class. They would reap so many benefits and be glad they came."
