I watched her handle an intense rush — 8 people in line, mobile orders coming in nonstop, and some customers who weren’t exactly patient or kind. Despite all that, Mary stayed calm, focused, and gracious. She kept things moving efficiently and still managed to greet everyone with a smile. That kind of grace under pressure is rare and deserves to be recognized. Publix is lucky to have her, and customers like me truly appreciate it. Thank you, Mary!!!"
